Hi to everyone.

Getting a little more used to this blogging now, although I have soooo much to learn. Anyway I have 2 cards today to show you. Your comments would be appreciated, good or bad.

 This is one of my magnolia stamps. I coloured her using aquamarkers. This is one of my first attempts at the aquamarkers. The backing papers were from some of my freebie stash. A few pearls in the corners. The sentiment is from one of my polkadoodle stamps.

 I think this stamp is lovely!!

How time flies!!

Good evening everyone, please accept my apologies for not putting anything on here for a few days. Ive had a busy time, and I also received my new prisma pencils, so have been trying to get to grips with them. I will post a card tomorrow using the prisma pencils.

New Baby card

Sorry for the terrible lighting on this card, I will try harder next time. The backing paper for this card came from Popcorn Bear CD, which is available from Crafters Companion. The stamp used was from Popcorn Bear collection. I love this image. I coloured it using watercolours. I used distress inks round the edges of the card. The only other thing I added was gold mirror card. I hope you all like it, and I will try harder using my blog!!

Another day and another card!!

Well its the lovely bank holiday weekend!! And I hope everyone has a good time.

I made this card for my mum's friend who was moving house.

The stamped images are from the Polka Doodle range, I coloured it with Letraset Promarkers. The flowers were from a Polka Doodle cd, All around and Everywhere I think it was. The backing paper was also inked with distress ink.

The sentiment was done on my Xyron machine.

Sorry I've not posted for a few days, Saturday was my event of the year, I went to the craft fair at Aintree Racecourse, and what a day I had. Bought far too much but thats what its all about!!!

Todays card was one I made for my daughter to give to her nana for her birthday.

The backing card and the stamps came from Inspirations at Preston. Each little cat is individually stamped, and I loved doing this card. The little cats are adorable. I used stazon ink in black to stamp with. The only other thing on this card, was the wording, which I used my cricut machine for. Very quick and simple to make.

Another day!!!

Hi,
Sorry didnt get chance to post yesterday, was a bit of a hectic day at work. So here is todays card!!!

I made this card for my mum for Mothers Day, and she loved it. Its a decoupage card, and I used an image from Cupcakecrafting Floral Delights CD. This image did take some time and a lot of patience to cut out, but I do think the image was well worth it. The backing papers also came from the same CD. I used a bit of glitter on the flowers, cos I DO like to use glitter. A martha stewart punch was used for the border. And I used my cricut machine to cut the tags and my letters. I hope you all like it, and please feel free to comment about my cards.

My latest card

This was a card I made for a friends daughters birthday. It was made with a Lily of the Valley stamp. I adore their stamps. The backing papers came from a Forever Friends cd, and the letters were cut with my trusty Cricut machine. The image was watercoloured with watercoloured pencils, the ribbon started life out white, but I coloured it with promarkers. 

 The flowers came from Wild Orchid Crafts. I also used my martha stewart punch. A bit of glitter here and there on the girl and it was all done. I hope you like it???

My first blog

Im very new to this blogging, so I hope I do ok. I follow a few blogs of my own, so decided to have a try, and see what other people think to my crafting. I've not been making cards that long, but am loving stamping quite alot at them moment.

This was stamped using Creative Expressions Jungle Friends stamps. I coloured it using Promarkers. Not got used to shading with them properly yet!!!! The letter are Dimension Fourth stamps. It was made for a friends grandson, and she loved it!!
Well this is my first blog done for today, hope I've done ok???
