Monday already!!!

I cant believe the weeend went so quickly, and its back to work I go. Todays card was made for someones birthday. Its another Fizzy Moon image. I think these are adorable. The backing paper came from Back to Basics pad. I added some lace at the bottom.

A close up of the image, which was coloured with Prisma pencils and blended with Sansador
I also added some stickles in the centre of the flowers. The sentimment was from the Polka Doodles range. I used distress inks round the edge of the image.
The flowers came from Wild Orchid Crafts.
And the inside of the card was made to compliment the front of the card using another polka doodle stamp.
I hope you like todays card. Its time for me to fly out the door and get some nails done.
Enjoy your Monday.

Hi Everyone

Good morning everyone, what a beautiful day already.
Todays card was a gift card I made for someone, hope you like it!!!!
I made this card using Clarity stamps and black ink, the butterfly was also a Clarity stamp. I embossed the butterflies with silver embossing powder and cut them out. I inked the edges of the card with distress ink, and added a few gems the the swirls. Its the first time I've used Clarity stamps and I loved them.
The inside was made with the same stamp, just a smaller version. The sentiment was also a Clarity stamp. The tea lights came from Ikea. All in all was pleased with how it turned out!!! I hope you like todays card. And I hope everyone enjoys the sunshine whilst we have it. I've got a christening to go to later, so hope the sun lasts.
Thanks for looking

Have finally managed it!!!

Good Saturday morning to everyone.
Ive finally managed to get a picture on here with it telling me it wont hehe!!
This was the fathers day card I made for my lovely Dad
The stamp for this card was from http://www.dimensionfourthltd.co.uk/, and is part of the Wrinklies set.
I masked the man off and used the Tatty's Fence stamp available from creative expressions.
I coloured all the image with Prisma pencils blended with sansador.
I cut it out with a spellbinder die, and inked the edge while still in the die, with distress ink.
The sentiment was a wooden stamp I already had so cant tell you where I got it from, sorry.
The backing paper was from Its a Mans World cd.
A close up view of the little man. I added Glossy accents to his glasses to make them shiney!!
A peek inside of the card, which compliments the front. I found the verse on the internet.
I hope you like todays card, please feel free to comment as I would love it. Thanks for looking!!
Im off to play with my new spellbinders shapeabilities that I received yesterday, cant wait!!!
Enjoy your Saturday

Middle of the week!!!

Good evening everyone!!
A very late post today, had a busy couple of days, and been trying to sort out a Fathers Day card for my lovely dad!!
Anyway this is todays post. All comments are appreciated.
Made this one for a friend of my mum's, whos baby is due at the end of June.
The backing paper and all the items on this card are from Polka Doodles Sundae of Seasons CD.
I added a punched double border and some blue dotty ribbon, which I think came from Hobbycraft.
I adore all the polka doodle range, I think Nicky Hall's work is fantastic.
Well that me done for tonight, time for my sleep.
Good nite people, hope you have all had a good day

Sundays are great!!!

I hope you have all had a great weekend. Ive been pottering round most of the day. But did manage to finish a card, and I also had a go at Paint Fusion, after seeing Sheena Douglas on the tv today. So will post both pictures, but think the Paint Fusion picture definately needs more practising before I try it on anything precious!!!!
A friend asked me to make a card for her Nana's 90th birthday. The decoupage came from Cupcakecrafting Floral Delights CD. Also the backing papers came from the same cd. The card and tags look brown in the picture, but its actually a mulberry colour. The tags and letters where cut on my Cricut machine. I added a punched border, and put some silver ribbon on it.
I decorated the inside to match the front. I also added a bookmark, which also came from the same CD.
Anyway I hope you like todays card.
This was my first attempt at Paint Fusion, Sheena Douglas makes it look soooooooo easy. Or maybe Im not relaxed enough. Its not that great, and was very unsure about putting it on here, but hopefully if I keep trying, the next one will be much better!!!!
Anyway enjoy your sunday evening

Prisma Pencils - first attempt

This is my first attempt at my new primsa pencils. I would love it if you all could comment on this, good or bad, as Im learning to use them.
The stamp is from the Fizzy Moon range, and I love these too!!! The backing papers are from Back to Basics range. I used a martha stewart punch for down the left side of the card. The flowers and lace came from Wild Orchid Crafts. The sentiment is from the polkadoodles range, and I used distress ink for the edges.
This is my first attempt at using my prisma pencils, and it was blended with Sansador and a paper stump.
I hope you like both my cards that I've put on today.
